This Customer Purchase Agreement explains the terms that apply to purchases from candibae.com. “Candi Bae,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business identified above. “You” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, ingredient information, prices, and availability. Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. Packaging may change, but we will not substitute a materially different product without your permission.

If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice and offer you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If the required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order as required by law.
Carrier delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Contact us if your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.

Any restrictions on returning opened cosmetics, skincare products, or personal-use items must be disclosed before purchase. These restrictions do not remove rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods under applicable law.

We may request reasonable information to investigate the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy. When a return is needed because of our error or a product defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
