Different products in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations.

Accordingly:

• An order may arrive in multiple packages;
• Packages may have separate tracking numbers;
• Products may arrive on different dates;
• Different shipping carriers may be used; and
• Products may originate from different fulfillment facilities.

12. Pricing

Prices displayed on candibae.com are shown in the currency indicated on the Website.

Prices may change without prior notice for future purchases.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Prices may not include:

• Shipping;
• Sales tax;
• VAT;
• Customs duties;
• Import charges;
• Brokerage fees; or
• Other applicable charges

unless expressly stated.

Applicable charges will be disclosed during checkout when reasonably available.

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless Candi Bae expressly identifies a delivery service as guaranteed.

Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products may become non-cancelable after production begins.

A cancellation request is not effective until Candi Bae confirms the cancellation.

If an order has already shipped, applicable return procedures may apply instead.

20. Promotions and Discount Codes

Candi Bae may offer promotional codes, sales, discounts, free-shipping offers, gifts with purchase, or other promotions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

• Are subject to stated eligibility requirements;

• Have no cash value;

21. Bundle & Save Offers

Candi Bae may offer Bundle & Save promotions consisting of predetermined or customer-selected combinations of products.

Discounts may depend on the number, type, or combination of qualifying products purchased.

Applicable bundle requirements and discounts will be displayed with the offer.

If part of a qualifying bundle is returned, the customer’s refund may be recalculated to reflect the appropriate price of the products retained when that method was disclosed with the promotion and is permitted by applicable law.

Bundle offers may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.

22. Gifts With Purchase

Certain promotions may include complimentary products when qualifying purchase requirements are satisfied.

Where promotional terms require it, a free gift may need to be returned when the qualifying purchase is returned.

If Candi Bae or its fulfillment provider makes an error or the product arrives damaged or defective, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.

The Candi Bae name, branding, logos, and associated brand elements may not be used in a manner likely to create confusion regarding affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership without authorization.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Candi Bae intellectual property to the user.

27. Permitted Personal Use

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:
